From a Boy Within — to a Man

Master of the Grand Architector Technology

Andrey Nesterenko

The strongest case of 2023 — is myself. Working with yourself is the hardest. It’s a path of discipline, willpower, and consistent effort, especially when you’re tested by laziness, confusion, and you doubt if you are able to keep going and finish what you’ve started. When you have to face the truth about yourself and go within — even when it hurts and you don’t want to. When you reach new results and states and choose not to stop, but to continue growing — now with joy.

I’m genuinely proud of the work I’ve done and the path I’ve walked in 2023. And I want to share a part of that in this case.

From January to December, I worked purposefully on myself. At the end of December 2022, I made a wish: next year I’ll be different. I want to grow up, become more serious in every way. And that’s exactly what happened.

  1. State of an inner teenager. I didn’t feel confident as a man. I avoided responsibility in many areas.
  2. I had no students.
  3. I moved to Lviv with a one-way ticket and $600 on my card. Rented an Airbnb for 4 days. My mission was to find a long-term place to live and start developing.
  4. As soon as I arrived in Lviv, transformations began. Physically and emotionally it was tough: no stable place to live, no confidence, unstable income, storm in the role of a master, and no inner peace.
  5. Traumas of loneliness, childhood wounds, parent conflicts, insecurity emerged.

  1. Lila game at GA Kyiv community meetings.
  2. Energy healing sessions.
  3. Sessions for cleansing destructive programs.
  4. Sessions for negative karma cleansing.
  5. Sessions for perception of oneself and the world cleansing.
  6. Sessions for transforming personal and ancestral money blocks in the family.
  7. 40 days of prayer.
  8. Vector programming sessions to build the desired future.
  9. Tarot spreads.
  10. Radical forgiveness exercises.
  11. Daily morning and evening practices.
  12. Ongoing self-observation.
  13. Support and mentoring from Natali Korol.
  14. Support from GA Kyiv community girls.

12 months.

  1. A month later I found a great apartment — a place that gave me peace and focus. Before that, I was moving every 4–5 days, spending 3–5k UAH each time. It was stressful — I wasn’t used to spending that much on rent alone.

  2. For the first time, I felt in my heart that I’m being guided. Clients began to come. I felt heard. My trust in the tools, higher forces, and subtle energies reached a new level.

  3. I began to open up as a master. I felt — it’s all in my hands now.

  4. First students appeared. I started showing up as a mentor, learning to convey meaning and find the right approach.

  5. I managed to transform pride and show-off into strength, dignity, care, and protection.

  6. I took charge of my own expressions. That’s when true responsibility came in. No one will do it for you — you must be your own support and take responsibility for your own your reality.

  7. My income doubled. I stabilized a new financial baseline — I don’t go below it anymore.

  8. I became much calmer. I have fewer triggers. People even notice that they feel peace, support, wisdom around me. Sometimes I’m just present — and that’s enough for someone else to start reassembling and feel nourished.

  9. I finally saw a Man in myself — not a child or teenager. No more desire to show off, talk nonsense, waste energy. Clarity, structure, and seriousness came in.

  10. I grew into Managing Director of one of my projects — with a solid share. I took on more responsibility, started acting bolder, solving tasks, managing processes and the team. We attracted 120 clients into the project.

  11. I became the organizer of GA Kyiv meetings — heartfelt, warm gatherings, where I provide the impulse and the women of Kyiv respond.

  12. I met someone who helps me open up through music. Now I allow myself to sound. I feel calmer at the instrument, more at ease with the teacher, and I’ve released the fears of:
    — singing wrong;
    — not matching expectations;
    — “if I fail — I’ll stop”.
